Responsibilities

Own all aspects of automated production lines at Contract Manufacturing facilities.

Manage production of the solar energy product portfolio from NPI stages to Mass Production.

Optimize production line through automation and cost reduction.

Improve manufacturing Quality and product yields through collaboration.

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize cycle times and OEEs.

Provide manufacturing (DFM) feedback to design teams for new product introductions.

Manage build plans and support material procurement.

Drive capacity expansions to match Enphase needs.

Required

B.S. in Mechanical or MFG Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience

8+ years of experience at MFG Engineer area

Familiar with PCBA (SMT, Wave Solder) and mechanical assembly process

Good factory experience on Yield and SPC improvement

Expert knowledge of production automation

Good influence capability on vendor side to drive factory align with your instruction

Data analysis skill to monitor/detect/resolve problems in factory daily operation

Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

English is required working language
