Responsibilities
Craft communications plans and impactful materials to support organizational strategy and major initiatives.
Manage communication programs for business unit executives.
Create and deliver content for various internal communication channels like emails, townhalls, and video messages.
Define success metrics for communication programs and optimize based on feedback.
Ensure communication efforts align with Renesas' strategic business objectives.
Develop compelling content to drive awareness of organizational updates and changes.
Implement innovative programs to increase employee engagement and understanding.

Required
8-10 years as a communications professional in a fast-paced environment in the technology industry and at least a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
Experience working with executives and an ability to create content from their perspective/in their “voice,” adapting content according to channel, format, and audience.
Ability to grasp technological concepts and complex solutions and distill them into language and messaging that resonate with varied audiences.
Experience working with international teams and across functions.
Exceptional writing and editing skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency with digital communications channels and tools.
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to keep up to date with current industry events and news and understand how they impact corporate and business unit strategy and execution.
