Responsibilities

Develops, Aligns, presents and executes product engineering project plan which includes all aspects of product engineering responsibilities (char, qual, etc) on assigned project to ensure flawless development through mass production release.

Work with relevant team members to ensure best in class product cost is achieved (test, assembly, etc).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.

Escalates project plan risk /miss and takes prompt measures to manage risk or course correction plan.

Keeps PM and manager updated with project progress through weekly reports and dashboard updates.

Lead the team to provide resolution of foundry and manufacturing issues found during product development.

Work with test engineering team closely to ensure best in class quality of test program (test coverage, test plan).

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

5 years of experience

Strong knowledge of power management IC

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
