Responsibilities
Lead in-progress products, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key features.
Gain deep insight into digital and branch-based credit union experiences, connecting with customers directly to understand their needs and business goals.
Build strong relationships with Design, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to foster collaboration.
Define a clear roadmap for foundational capabilities and internal tools, driving execution with precision.
Identify bottlenecks within the multi-product engineering team and document actionable insights for balancing speed and quality.
Launch strategic features that work across lending and account opening for digital and branch channels.
Align product teams around a unified rhythm for delivering consistent product experiences.
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to uncover new product opportunities and enhancements.
Support the implementation team in scaling, improving onboarding for growing credit unions.
Collaborate with engineering to establish principles for operating efficiently in high-ambiguity situations.
Lead multiple product areas subject to hitting it out of the park in the first 3-6 months.

Required
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a B2B2C environment.
A proven track record of managing complex product areas that blend internal tools with customer-facing features.
Strategic thinking skills to balance immediate execution with a long-term vision.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities, excelling at cross-functional work with design, engineering, and implementation in a B2B setting.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.
Deep product development knowledge—spanning engineering, design, analytics, and user research—and the ability to incorporate these insights into your strategy.
A passion for fintech and an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to delivering value for consumers and customers.
Ability to move quickly to deliver impact.
