Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Cybersecurity products and features, from conception to launch and beyond.
Drive product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing both business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans, working closely with various cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and UX/UI designers.
Identify and engage potential partners for security products, and define terms of partnerships.
Define KPIs to measure success of the Security products, monitor performance, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME), staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
Engage with customers, sales teams, and other external stakeholders to gather insights, identify product opportunities, and ensure products are meeting customer needs.
Ensure the products comply with the highest level of security standards and privacy regulations.
Coordinate with support and training teams to develop user manuals, FAQ’s, and other customer-facing materials.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or related technical fields.
10+ years experience in product, engineering, or other technical roles.
Proven experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap planning.
Deep understanding of cloud-based systems and cybersecurity principles.
Prior experience working with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud hosting and virtualization technologies.
Past success in shaping highly scalable software products with an eye on ease-of-use.

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred.
MBA is a plus.
