Responsibilities

Craft a vision, define a roadmap, and prioritize consumer facing product features via opportunity sizing, experimentation and continuous iteration.

Drive the full product management cycle for your roadmap: Discovery, Validation, Development, Launch and Measure/Iterate.

Partner with UX, Engineering, Leadership, and Marketing on new zero to one initiatives as well as optimizing and scaling current projects.

Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to improving customer experience, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand our customer’s needs.

Required

Experienced Product Manager with a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and working with exec leaders to solve complex problems for consumer-focused products

Demonstrated understanding of user behavior and ability to speak to cause-and-effect

Data-driven utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to solve challenging customer problems and experience running consumer-facing A/B tests

Ability to identify, advocate for, and execute on new opportunities in the absence of a clear mandate

Ruthlessly prioritize to get the right things done with adaptability to pivot into different focus areas

Worked with both functional and exec teams to define significant consumer product strategies and roadmaps from inception to launch across multiple platforms
