Responsibilities

Supporting and executing partner specific marketing campaign programs within the overarching global Seagate Partner Program (SPP).

Creating and managing marketing programs that enhance partner engagement, drive demand, and support the overall business objectives of Seagate.

Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.

Managing a dedicated partner or partners account to ensure marketing and SPP requirements are met with each partner assigned.

Required

Proven experience in program management within a marketing context, preferably in the technology sector.

Strong understanding of the global partner ecosystem and experience in creating marketing programs that cater to diverse partner needs.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Extensive experience in channel and partner marketing roles, preferably in the technology industry.

Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the partner ecosystem.

Strong project management and vendor management skills.

Analytical experience to measure and test program effectiveness.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree and /or equivalent experience.
