Responsibilities

Lead projects to improve the reliability of Procore's services through engineering and process enhancement

Collaborate with peers to design and develop reusable solutions with a focus on toil reduction and resiliency

Identify systemic issues and propose solutions across the organization

Make technical decisions aligned with Procore's architectural vision

Work with internal customers, peers, and leadership on planning and roadmap development

Mentor teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and training

Act as a subject matter expert on tools, processes, and procedures to maintain a healthy codebase

Promote an open-source culture internally and externally by contributing to the community
