Responsibilities

Develop highly reliable software services using modern development methodologies

Create new applications to enhance visualization and diagnostics of a modern vehicle platform

Collaborate with systems, controls, and platform engineers to deploy new diagnostic reporting flows

Develop and document clear APIs for easy access to underlying data and signals

Design and develop back-end infrastructure for web and client applications

Required

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree

A minimum of 5 years developing software

Proficiency in at least one high level programming language such as Python, C++, Go, or Rust

Proficiency in common scripting languages and tools

Working knowledge of git

Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Experience building or working with real-time embedded systems

Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with automotive communications and diagnostic protocols such as UDS, DoCAN, and DoIP

Experience with DBC, LDF, and ARXML databases
