Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize software applications using a broad understanding of software development.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing solutions to a wide range of software-related issues.
Foster a culture of growth by mentoring team members and promoting continuous learning and skill development within the engineering team.
Drive complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with the company's objectives.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development within the team.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve software performance and team productivity.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
Adept in C#/.Net, Blazor, Docker and Python.
Strong experience with version control systems like Git within GitHub.
Skilled in cloud platforms with a strong preference for Azure or hybrid environments.
Experience with Octopus Deploy and RabbitMQ.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on complex projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for critical thinking and strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and adaptability, with a willingness to take on diverse roles in a start-up environment.
Preferred
Experience building and architecting distributed systems.
Experience with UX/UI design.
Familiarity with GIS products.
Familiarity with PowerBI and Analytic solutions.
