Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Mentor junior engineers on taking ownership of the full lifecycle of services and features.

Required

Proven Backend Expertise: At least 8 years of experience, preferably in Java.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to engage with strategic aspects of the business, demonstrating a keen interest in contributing to the company's direction.

Consumer Company Experience: Previous experience in scaling technology for consumer-facing companies, with a preference for those who've worked in Investment Fintechs.

Collaborative Spirit: Excellent collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in team environments.

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software architecture and the creation of interfaces to manage complex systems.

Ability to travel to Miami office once per month. (costs covered by us)
