Responsibilities

Facilitate/assist in the identification of root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance (via internal audit), support continuous improvement efforts, and participate/interface with the engineering and sustainment communities and customer (as required) on program activities to ensure processes and products are compliant to contractual requirements.

Provide SW QA support for program peer reviews, SW audits, regression testing, integration & test, and functional sell-off.

Ability to develop and analyze SW quality metrics.

Support other SW Quality Engineers as needed.

Interface with the customer on program activities to ensure processes and products are compliant to contractual requirements and company policies and procedures.

Support SW development in an Agile framework using DevSecOps methodologies and tools.

Support the F-35 Mx Systems (ALIS/ODIN) Quality in all activities as they relate to the Quality Management System (QMS), AS9100 certification, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and the process audit program.

Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Required

Developed SW Quality Engineering skills

Ability to work without appreciable direction

Comfortable communicating to all levels of leadership
