Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems for enterprise AI applications.
Define best practices across the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
Develop automated monitoring and alerting systems to maintain performance and security at scale.
Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to embed best-in-class features into core products.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring teams on complex engineering challenges.
Stay at the forefront of AI, cloud, and security innovations, driving continuous platform improvements.
Manage incident response processes, ensuring fast resolution and enhanced system reliability.

Required
10+ years in software security engineering, with a focus on scalable system design and secure architecture.
Expertise in languages like Python, Elixir, Go, JavaScript, and Linux-based environments.
Proven experience in designing enterprise-level systems with strong security and performance.
Familiarity with cryptography, security protocols, and secure data communication frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing systems.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to any audience.
