Responsibilities

Travel to supplier locations to resolve issues, investigate problems, and facilitate improvements.

Own supplier investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Lead technical matters with suppliers, communicate issues to leadership, and participate in business review meetings.

Act as a primary contact for manufacturing sites and suppliers, ensure global supplier management program compliance, and understand regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, establish standard processes, and mitigate risks across the supply chain.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

5-10 years of experience in a regulated environment (GMP a plus) in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic, Food and Dietary Supplements, Automotive, or Aerospace

Experience in Procurement, Quality, and/or Supply Chain Management

Experience in data management, collection, analysis, technical writing, and driving continuous improvement

Experience in business and quality management systems (i.e. SAP, TrackWise, etc.)

Experience in a matrix organization and influencing internal and external team members

Understanding of worldwide regulatory requirements and compliance standards (ISO 9002, ISO13485, cGMP)

Ability to develop and improve supplier relationships

Problem-solving skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within team settings

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT)

Strong time management skills and ability to work within a team as well as independently
