Responsibilities

Lead development projects with notable risk and complexity, developing execution strategies.

Establish and manage program plan, schedule, and budget.

Support product management and engineering in product definition and risk closure.

Identify technical and operational risks, partnering to mitigate them.

Lead cross-functional communication and engage with stakeholders.

Cultivate a culture of execution, transparency, and accountability.

Act as a program management domain expert for standardizing execution rigor.

Required

Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science or related discipline

Overall industry experience of 15+ years with technical background, including 5+ years of experience as Technical Program Manager role with 3+ years in a senior level role

Proven ability to effectively manage large cross functional teams (preferably >50 team members)

Knowledge and understanding of product development processes and phase gates

Candidate should be a strong team player with advanced interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Demonstrated ability to foster a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving delivery culture

Detail oriented and prefers working in a fast-paced environment

Challenge the status quo and give constructive feedback

Communicates complex ideas with ease, anticipates counter-arguments and persuades others, often at senior levels
