Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables based on project requirements.

Create project documentation such as work breakdown structures, risk assessments, and communication plans.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Assign tasks to team members and manage workload distribution.

Monitor project progress against the plan, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues.

Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.

Track project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders through reports and presentations

Maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients, and internal departments to address concerns and manage expectations

Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to relevant parties

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications

Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)

5-8 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in a regulated industry

Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, 21 CFR 820.30

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
