Responsibilities
Providing billable services to clients
Creating solutions to migrate data from Talent applications to 3 rd party systems
Working with client data and performing ETL work
Develop custom programming solutions to create processes that meet client needs
Work with clients, team members, Product, Sales, Support, and the PMO
Become a subject matter expert to develop custom solutions
Develop custom reports and dashboards

Required
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant and related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
Database knowledge
Programming Skills in a customer facing role
ETL Experience
MySQL Programming
Preferred
SQL Scripting
Pentaho experience
Java Scripting
Salesforce experience is a plus
