Responsibilities
Conducting daily interviews with patient volunteers to understand their health care journeys and drafting profiles to capture the power of their personal stories.
Providing coaching and guidance to patients and caregivers on how to best articulate their stories in preparation for a variety of activities, such as video shoots, media interviews, public speaking engagements, etc.
Developing unique insights about the patient journey across various disease states, diagnoses, and treatments to inform others in the organization as well as provide meaningful contributions to client-facing disease state trainings.

Required
B.A. in English, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare communications or biopharmaceutical marketing/public relations or affairs, or advocacy relations
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
Articulate speaker able to converse easily with people over video or phone calls
Strong editing capabilities and adherence to grammatical best practices
Working knowledge of AMA Style
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and shift between multiple and competing deadlines
Commitment to customer service, demonstrated both internally and externally
Excellent time management
Understanding of and adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Execution of client-specific policies and procedures, guidelines, and documentation
