Staffing Coordinator- After Hours

Responsibilities
Emergency Staffing: Quickly and effectively manage staffing emergencies by coordinating shifts with available Home Care Aides.
Crisis Communication: Notify families and/or caregivers of any client emergencies that may impact service delivery, such as shift cancellations, changes in client conditions, hospitalizations, or other critical situations.
Documentation: Accurately document all staffing issues and changes in the Golden Care Client and Staffing Management System, ensuring appropriate notifications are sent to the relevant Golden Care management and staff.
Missed Clock-In/Out Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor all missed clock-ins/outs by caregivers during after-hours to ensure continuity of care.
After-Hours Support: Answer after-hours phone calls using a company-provided cell phone and computer, addressing staffing and client care emergencies, and forwarding general calls as necessary.
Daily Email Check: Regularly check emails to stay updated on messages from Golden Care staff, clients, and caregivers, ensuring timely responses and actions.

Required
Residency within San Diego County
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of home care scheduling experience
1 year of home care experience
Ability to manage staffing emergencies during non-business hours, including holidays
Preferred
Experience with scheduling software, preferably with systems similar to Clear Care
