Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients within mid-size markets to expand the company’s client base.
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
Networking: Utilize your existing book of business and industry connections to generate leads and establish new client relationships. Also be able to prospect and identify new clients and client opportunities as well.
Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and design tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, consultative selling, and effective negotiation.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Required
3–5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry, with a track record of success in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network to generate revenue and build relationships.
Be comfortable making cold calls and identifying new leads and potential clients, while establishing and building new relationships.
Expertise in mid-size market staffing solutions and workforce trends.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience in sales or staffing will be considered.
