Knows how to leverage 'wait-what-hooks' in today's fast media cycle;
Has a pulse on current social-media content consumption trends;
Is well-versed in current social / political issues + related historical comparisons;
Is adept at maximizing / recycling / repurposing content;
Can contribute at least 15 hours per week consistently;
