Responsibilities

Develop into a CTO role able to engage hands-on with the code and teams to identify all critical blockers
Establish a clear and executable roadmap
Lead the conversion of our current codebase to a full Typescript / Open Source team and development
Take full ownership of the engineering team's culture & deliverables
Lead and put hands on product to set example when needed
Roadmap a full development strategy with measurable deliverables
Identify and develop great engineers and potential leaders

has hands-on bootstrap / startup early product and team management experience
wants to take full ownership of the engineering team's culture & deliverables
can both lead and put hands on product to set example when needed
has deep backend, database, architecture, and team development experience
is fluent in Typescript / Javascript / C# / .NETcore / React / Next.js / Redux frameworks
can roadmap a full development strategy with measurable deliverables
is the most trusted voice in the 'zoom'
has built responsive PWAs, iOS/Android apps, and SaaS products before
has contributed to OpenSource projects
can identify and develop great engineers and potential leaders
is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently
