Responsibilities
Own the central position in scrum and promoting weekly sprints
Be the interlocutor between developers to facilitate cross-functional integrations and strategies
Establish best-practice code standards and training modules with a focus on transitioning to a open source codebase

has deep backend, database, architecture, and team development experience.

has hands-on bootstrap / startup early product and team management experience;
has built responsive PWAs, iOS/Android apps, and SaaS products before;
is fluent in Typescript / Javascript / C# / .NETcore / React / Next.js / Redux frameworks.
can both lead and put hands on product to set example when needed.
can identify and develop great engineers and potential leaders.
has comprehensive web3, AI/ML, and open source knowledge.
