Responsibilities
Provides leadership and support to the company’s Strategic Technology Advisory team (“STAT”);
Use business intelligence tools (i.e. Dataself & Microsoft Power BI) to identify and develop customer migration opportunities;
Monitor customer preferences using CRM to determine focus of sales efforts;
Identify and evaluate revenue growth opportunities by diversification, acquisition and organic growth;
Oversee regional and local sales teams;
Manage STAT team financials including profitability, cost containment, budgeting, forecasting, monthly KPI review.
