Responsibilities
Grow the NAFBF and the 'COMPLETE ATHLETE' programs in their state.
Recruit and manage all Territory Directors in the state.

Required
Experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations or similar fields.
Proven ability to grow programs and engage youth in a positive culture.
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse leaders and key institutions.
Experience in recruiting and managing teams, specifically Territory Directors.
Ability to work collaboratively with the VP of Membership Growth.
Strong understanding of the 21st Century economy and career pathways.
Commitment to the mission of the NAFBF and the development of young people.
Preferred
Background in sports management or related fields.
Experience in program development and implementation.
Knowledge of educational and life-skill training methodologies.
Familiarity with mental wellness programming.
