Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using the STIBO STEP platform.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement and configure workflows, data models, and integrations within the STIBO STEP environment.

Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.

Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Maintain and update system documentation.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with STIBO STEP platform implementation and development.

Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.

Experience with system integration and API development.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience with Java.

Experience with XML.

Experience with SQL.

Experience with Data Modeling.

Experience with Workflow Configuration.

Experience with System Integration.

Experience with Troubleshooting.

Experience with Project Management.
