Stock Clerk/Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities
Check in and stock all orders upon receipt
Notify the parts manager of any damaged or missing parts
Stock parts shelves efficiently
Receipt all special order parts
Maintain special order and backorder files
Assist in emergency orders and deliveries
Ensure shipping requirements are met
Follow federal, state, and local laws for information safeguarding
Maintain customer satisfaction
Process paperwork in a timely manner
Operate office equipment and computer systems
Demonstrate attention to detail, honesty, and integrity
Work in a team-oriented open office setting

Required
High School degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills to explain parts information to customers and associates
Knowledgeable about automotive OEM parts
Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds
Availability to work on Saturdays
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
Preferred
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
