Responsibilities
Assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication for new store openings and existing store IT upgrades.
Creating reports and providing regular status updates to management.
Planning meetings with relevant parties to ensure project success.
Facilitating delivery of equipment for new and existing stores to meet project deadlines.
Coordinating store date/schedule changes with vendors and construction teams.
Ensuring readiness of new store sites for installations and projects.
Confirming vendor readiness for installations including permits, licenses, and network/phone layouts.
Completing sign-off lists with vendors for projects.
Performing new store equipment configurations and Prep-For-Live procedures.
Coordinating existing store project schedules and procedures.
Documenting existing store and technical procedures for successful project completion.
Scheduling delivery/pickup of equipment to meet work dates.
Assisting store managers and technicians with equipment installation and configuration.
Tracking return equipment and inventory management.
Supporting new and existing store projects with additional tasks as needed.

Required
2+ years experience in project coordination, planning, or IT related fields
Proficient in building operational or technical documentation for use by non-technical or technical staff/vendors
Experience scheduling with multiple vendors and keeping up with date changes in a rapidly changing environment
Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point
Some weekend or after-hours work may be required
