Responsibilities

Overseeing the field/remote teams
Corresponding with clients
Preparing technical documents (post-construction plans for MS4 compliance, SWPPPs/WPCPs, dewatering/diversion plans, etc.)
Visiting the field if needed
Scheduling
Invoicing
Payroll
Budget management
Business development (proposals, bids, etc.)

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering or related Environmental Science
4 years of experience in stormwater quality
CA Construction General Permit compliance consulting
MS4 Permit compliance consulting
Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) certification
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and implementation
Post-construction water quality and Low Impact Development (LID) plan development and implementation
Experience working in the field on construction projects
Familiarity with safe practices in the field
Experience in consulting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editing programs
Organizational skills and punctuality
Valid California Driver’s License
Ability for intermittent travel to job sites between Sacramento and San Diego

Stormwater Engineering/Drainage Design
