Responsibilities
Partners with the Account Management Team taking ownership to manage and grow an existing book of business
Proactively identifies opportunities to expand value and revenue by consistent collaboration to understand client needs, account health, and upsell opportunities
Actively explores new partnership avenues to enhance client partnerships and drive company impact
Leverages CRM tools and analytics for meaningful conversations, and to propose tailored solutions that align with client goals
Builds and nurtures relationships to foster trust while evolving to the needs of our clients
Management of a sales pipeline is critical with ability to track, prioritize and follow-through
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments will prove valuable to the success of the role when defining strategy and executing upsells

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
Experience in account management, upselling, or cross-selling within a B2B environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and self-motivation
