Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
9+ years of outside sales experience, including at least 5+ years' experience working with and selling to healthcare payer organizations.
Demonstrated healthcare domain knowledge specific to healthcare IT.
A proven and sustained track record in strategic new business selling directly to healthcare payers of any size, from business development to closed multi-year business.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Must demonstrate strong persuasion skills and ability to successfully create and manage relationships at both operational and executive levels.
Knowledge of next gen offerings including Big Data, Cloud Computing, Identity Fraud as well as Healthcare standards (Meaningful Use, HIPAA, MACRA, etc.) beneficial and a strong plus.
Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and forecasting skills.
Travel required up to 50%.
