Responsibilities
New business generation for Care for Business
Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities and progressing deals through the sales cycle
Achieving individual revenue goals on a consistent basis
Building strong relationships with brokers to drive brand recognition and uncover group opportunities
Serving as a strategic advisor representing Care's products and bringing industry insights to market
Consulting with C-level executives and HR/Benefit teams to improve the value of Care's products
Interacting with potential partners and key external partners to evaluate business opportunities
Analyzing sales and financial metrics with the Care for Business management team

Required
7+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers and expanding our existing accounts
Experience working with benefits brokers and/or within the employee benefits space
Proven track record working with Fortune 500 Companies, closing $500,000+ deals
Experience selling into human resources and benefits teams
Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers, (e.g., Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+)
Ability to organize, develop and implement a strategic plan with vertical focus and identification and prioritization of target accounts
Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks – able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
Negotiating & Closing Skills – ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a sales automation system
Strong relationship management skills
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong Presentation Skills to small and large audiences, including C-level audiences
