Responsibilities
Ensuring existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives.
Develop and monitor account specific metrics.
Manage client expectations and communicate with client regularly.
Create, review and update all client statements of work, and educate impacted groups within internal departments. Align contract rate structure with billing set up.
Retain clients and attain budgeted targets
Track daily activity (ie. calls, emails, events) related to your leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce
Develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success.
Prepare volume forecasts by client
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Required
Sales support process or client support background
Presentation skills.
Data analytics experience
Understanding of P&L management
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
Negotiation skills with problem-solving ability
The ability to craft and/or revise SOPs and other critical business documentation
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint, Business Intelligence and CRM software.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field.
3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
