Responsibilities
Maintain a 99% client retention rate with referenceable clients.
Evaluate market and client conditions to anticipate client needs and taking appropriate action to proactively address them.
Develop a deep understanding of client intent, and making actionable suggestions to ensure client plans are optimized to meet client performance goals.
Coordinate and host quarterly account team meetings - ensure holistic understanding of client plan performance, client goals, internal goals and strategic plans.
Ensure that Client Executive and Client Management Leadership are promptly notified of escalated client issues/requests, systemic issues, unachievable deliverable dates, capacity limitations and any client relationship concerns.

Required
2+ years of experience managing accounts with self-funded employer groups
2+ years of working knowledge in the pharmacy benefits management industry
Ability to travel overnight up to 25%
