Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Communicating and collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and how the organisation can meet these needs.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts while also expanding the client base through networking and industry engagement.
Collaborating with internal teams, including project management, clinical operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.

Required
A proven track record of growing large key accounts across pharma and biotech's, ideally across a range of CRO services.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
