Design scalable people operations

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR operations role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred
Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable.
Experience working with non-profit organizations or volunteer-based groups is a plus.
Knowledge of social impact initiatives is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
