Responsibilities
Oversee all portfolio management activities, including planning, prioritizing, decision-making, metrics reporting, and project management governance
Collaborate with the business to develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio management strategy that aligns with the company's strategic and financial goals
Prioritizes initiatives and ensures that they are aligned with strategic business objectives
Collaborate with leaders and project managers on business case development, resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for strategic initiatives
Collaborates with the Tech PMO, Business and Finance, to ensure supply of resources meets business demand
Monitor, evaluate, and report on portfolio performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Executive Team and Steering Committee.
Serve as a key liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and executive management, ensuring clear communication and cohesive strategic alignment
Implement best practices for portfolio management to achieve operational excellence
Maintains portfolio management governance by managing guidelines to ensure consistency, transparency, stewardship, and risk mitigation
Establish best practices for portfolio management methodology and tools; Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio processes; Establish metrics that form foundation of high-performance execution
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates
Leads with an analytical approach to data, including project budgets, issues, risks, schedules, and resource allocation

Required
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in portfolio management or related strategic role
Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios with successful outcomes
Strong leadership skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management
Proficient in portfolio management software and tools
Preferred
Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
