Responsibilities
Develop strategic marketing initiatives, strategies, and activities.
Implement marketing plans that include email, online, and offline content.
Direct written content, video, and graphic needs for strategic campaigns and initiatives.
Setup tracking systems for marketing activities along with keeping KPIs regularly updated.
Track performance and deliver metrics to management of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods to pivot strategies to ensure success.
Assist Marketing Director as a liaison to sales and internal teams representing marketing initiatives.
Support Marketing Director in managing responsibility tasking, supervision, scheduling, setting deadlines, project execution, training, and professional development for marketing team members.
Contribute in a tactical way to support the creation of press release, content, graphics, or other needs to push marketing needs.
Optimize and guide strategy around SEO and SEM functions.
Develop e-mail marketing strategy through Pardot/Salesforce.
Create, strategize, oversee and then work with team members to execute paid marketing strategies across platforms and socials.
Participate in other marketing strategies relating to website, company app, and other technology platforms.
Oversee any direct reports which could include interns, skillbridge associates, and other general staff assigned by management.
Lead with a positive attitude with an ability to handle a fast-paced environment and off hours requests.
Travel to events and activities to support team and guide strategic initiatives on-site.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 4+ years of professional, full-time marketing experience.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing creative and successful marketing strategies.
Creative, hands-on, and confident with the ability to lead and execute projects independently.
Superior communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Analytical, inspired, and outgoing, with the ability to adapt to changing business demands.
Proficiency in design tools such as CapCut, Adobe, and Canva to support design and creatives.
Working knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, Playbook, and other related software.
Ability to thrive in a remote, home-office environment while maintaining strong team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as needed.
Occasional travel to support company needs, such as attending events, conferences, and meetings.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana, is a bonus.
