Strategic National Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Research, analyze and monitor Multifamily business sales trends, sales history, and make recommendations for increased sales.
Refer and discuss sales efforts between the Direct and Distribution teams to increase Multifamily revenue and market share while avoiding channel conflict.
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships with developers, architects, designers, and general contractors to support departmental goals and objectives.
Review pipeline to seek out and target new customers and sales opportunities, and initiate action plans and strategies to secure new business.
Develop structured sales activities and governance process to ensure sales plans are executed.
Collaborate with management team to identify new product and service opportunities.
Remain abreast of competitive activities, products and position.
Conduct thorough market and industry analyses and prepare comprehensive sales plans for new customers as well as existing customers.
Act as liaison between Cabinetworks Group and customers to facilitate and enhance working relationships to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting to monitor progress and/or obstacles to the VP of Sales- Multifamily.
Record and document all opportunities in Sales Force.
Perform special assignments or duties as delegated or assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
2 years sales management experience.
5 years outside sales and project management experience in the multifamily and commercial Industry.
Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
Demonstrated successful ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Preferred
MBA.
Sales experience in the cabinet industry.
