Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions, driving improvements in key business metrics.
Support the development of business plans, objectives, and operational priorities to align with company goals.
Drive best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to maintain our people-first culture.
Partner with leadership teams to design and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and employee development.
Measure and enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and retention by implementing feedback systems and analyzing results.
Lead the identification, development, and implementation of operational processes and systems to streamline and optimize workflow across departments.
Use data and technology to continually improve operational efficiency, ensuring that we deliver excellence in both internal processes and customer-facing services.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, making data-backed recommendations for improvements across the organization.
Leverage technology to enhance operational processes, improve employee experience, and ensure that we are utilizing best-in-class systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to drive system integrations that improve organizational effectiveness.
Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Build strong relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration, communication, and a positive work environment.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of total work experience, with at least 2 years at a top tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity firm.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A deep understanding of people practices, talent management, and organizational culture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic goals.
