Responsibilities

Identifying Potential Insurance Partnerships
• Proactively research and identify potential insurance carrier, broker and other ecosystem partners regionally and nationally, evaluating their market fit and potential for collaboration with Seso's insurance solutions.
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new partnerships.
Relationship Building and Management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at insurance carriers through outreach, networking, and regular communication to understand their business needs and pain points.
• Represent Seso at insurance industry events to elevate brand presence and build a strong network.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
Presenting Seso's Value Proposition
• Articulate Seso's insurance product suite, its competitive advantages and how it can benefit insurance carriers.
Pipeline Management
• Develop and manage a robust insurance partner pipeline by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain a database of partnership relationships and provide oversight to account activity.

Required

5+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, customer service or business development
2+ years partnership/channel management experience
2+ years experience in the insurance industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Prior experience in the tech industry a plus
