Responsibilities
Develop strong, long-term relationships with reseller and channel partners.
Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Facilitate regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, opportunities for growth, and mutual goals.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partner engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with our teams to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial intake through fulfillment and post-sales support.
Evaluate and review partner-submitted deals to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies.
Manage the deal registration process, ensuring that all deals are recorded and tracked.
Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to assess deal structures and provide recommendations.
Maintain comprehensive tracking of all registered deals, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.
Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop co-branded marketing campaigns and sales plans.
Monitor and report on the success of GTM activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Contribute to the development of partner-focused training programs for internal sales and support teams.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or account management within the healthcare or technology sector.
Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and related technologies.
Experience managing multiple partner relationships and increasing revenue.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and Healthcare IT.
Management Certification through a healthcare industry professional organization such as: NAHAM, HFMA, AAHAM
