Responsibilities
You are effective in dealing with long-range strategies, in alignment with the Agency Strategic Plan.
You are committed to managing projects and works closely with designated subject matter experts throughout OAPSA operations to support the projects.
You are effective and efficient in briefing senior management/leadership on strategic planning problems, trends and recommends what goals and objectives should be changed.

This position requires Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC); Program and Project Managers (P/PM) Senior Level Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Juris Doctor (JD), or comparable education/certification.
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position.
Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled.
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) in the federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects related to strategic planning for Patents Contracts.
Evaluating and analyzing new or modified management and workflow information systems, policies, regulations, goals, or objectives to determine impact and applies cost/benefit techniques to determine project direction.
Providing input into decisions affecting programs outside the purview.
