Responsibilities

Assist in the definition of program scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop detailed program plans to monitor and track progress; Manage changes to program scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
Manage relationship with client and relevant stakeholders; Resolve client issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each program.
Track program performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Develop comprehensive program plans to be shared with clients as well as other colleagues.
Stay abreast of industry knowledge and trends.
Delegate program tasks based on junior colleagues’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within hours budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed; Perform risk management to minimize risks.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Time management and organization.
Protect confidentiality of information learned through performance of duties.
Sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness and attention to detail.
Proficient use of technology to maximize productivity/quality.
Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of multiple programs.
Communicate effectively and professionally.
Positivity, energy and teamwork.
Strong negotiation, effective interpersonal skills, solid analytical and problem-solving.
Work independently and in teams.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates the ability to work well with Patra colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
Demonstrates commitment to personal responsibility and value for safety and respect.
Communicates concerns.
Uses and promotes safe respectful behaviors based on training and lessons learned.

Required

Program management experience.
Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized self-starter, focused on details.
Ability to work well with Patra colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
Demonstrates commitment to personal responsibility and value for safety and respect.
Ability to communicate concerns and promote safe respectful behaviors based on training and lessons learned.
