Partner with product development teams to align services with industry needs and client expectations.

Required
Proven experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), with a strong focus on denial management.
Identify trends, implement process improvements, and ensure measurable results in denial recovery.
Serve as a trusted partner to external RCM teams, resolving complex denial challenges with efficiency and precision.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance denial management services and products.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner with product development teams to align services with industry needs and client expectations.
A history of building and managing successful teams in RCM or denial management.
Ability to think beyond immediate challenges, craft forward-looking strategies, and execute them effectively.
In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management, healthcare systems, insurance claims, and denial management software.
A commitment to accountability, goal achievement, and driving exceptional results.
Moves quickly and takes a forceful stand without being overly abrasive.
You need to be comfortable speaking openly about your strengths and weaknesses, and having candid discussions about things that can be done better.
