Responsibilities
Clarify, document and support Cotiviti business requirements for vendor partnerships, drive strategic sourcing, identify potential third-party vendors, and complete contracts within an organization that is growing and undergoing change.
Provide support for sourcing in all categories of IT, including software, hardware, and Professional Services.
Ensure details are contractually captured (quotes, contracts, statements of work, metrics, units of measure etc.), negotiate terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, establish and communicate contracting timelines.
Third-party contract management and execution through conclusion while working, as necessary, in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured and met.
Support and manage renewals and contractual amendments.
Enforce contract policy compliance.
Ensure details are accurately captured in Cotiviti Procure to Pay (P2P) and Contract Management systems (contract type, requester, vendor details, requested date, etc.)

Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with a focus on business administration.
5-7 years of work experience contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors.
Strong contract drafting and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Experience with Coupa or other Procure to Pay systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Basic knowledge of IT contracts such as Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Cloud Computing, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with various levels of the organization and with clients.
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
Ability to navigate and analyze data from multiple systems.
Ability to work with a high volume of transactions in a timely manner, and meet deadlines.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
