Responsibilities

Lead/support strategy development for key Ads marketing functions. Drive operational components including budget management and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) setting and tracking.
Identify and execute strategic projects, defining Ads go-to-market strategy/executing cross-functional marketing initiatives. Collaborate across Google Ads Marketing cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams to support business strategy and execution, with a focus on global initiatives.
Serve as a key strategy and operations partner to drive annual and quarterly planning, and support OKR tracking and rationale. Help deliver critical marketing activation as needed.
Work with research and analytics to conduct data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on investment.
Drive team’s performance/identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer engagement. Improve operating efficiency by collaborating with process owners, and applying structured approach to operational processes.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred

2 years of experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
Experience driving cross-functional projects and alignments in large organizations, and working in technology companies.
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
Ability to develop, understand, and execute business strategy.
Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
