Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the leadership on key strategic initiatives and building operational excellence. Help chart out and fulfill for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic direction.
Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.
Project manage major strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and proactively engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).
Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred
Advanced degree in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
Experience implementing strategic and large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
