Responsibilities
• Participate in all phases of company strategy planning and execution, including research, analysis, and recommendation proposals.
• Assist the team in addressing business challenges, driving project progress, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Engage in data collection and analysis during strategy execution, providing decision-making support.
• Design and optimize operational processes, such as market outreach and course scheduling, ensuring smooth educational operations.
• Develop standardized operational procedures, establish feedback mechanisms, optimize service quality, and continuously improve educational services.

Required
Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Economics, Management, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must.
Basic understanding of strategy planning and execution processes with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
Some knowledge of the online education industry and a desire to work in the education sector.
Proficiency in using office software such as Excel and Word, with basic data analysis skills.
