Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a robust private label assortment strategy that enhances our product offerings and meets consumer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage resources and resolve any project-related issues.
Identify potential co-manufacturers that align with our quality standards and business objectives.
Lead the negotiation and onboarding process to establish strong partnerships that support our private label goals.
Work closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure that all products meet our specifications and quality standards.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline the development process.
Develop and implement launch plans that maximize market impact and drive sales.
Coordinate marketing, sales, and distribution efforts to ensure a cohesive and effective product introduction.

Required
Dynamic and experienced in Private Label Assortment Strategy & Operations.
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive private label assortment strategy that aligns with brand vision and market demands.
Expertise in identifying and onboarding co-manufacturers.
Experience managing the end-to-end product development and launch process.
